Two types of customers can be created in the system:
To create a customer:
- Select the Customers menu item.
Click Create customer.
If the customer is an individual, then follow the steps below.
Go to the Individual tab.
Enter the information:
- Name — the individual's first name;
- Family Name — the individual's last name;
- Email — the email address;
- Phone — the phone number;
- CRM ID — the number required to link the object in Guardant Station to the object in the vendor's CRM/ERP;
- Comment — additional information about the customer.
If the customer is a legal entity, then follow the steps below.
Go to the Company tab.
Enter the information:
- Company Name — the name of the organization for which the license is being issued;
- Name — the first name of the contact person;
- Family Name — the last name of the contact person;
- Email — the email address of the contact person or organization;
- Phone — the phone number of the contact person or organization;
- CRM ID — the number required to link the object in Guardant Station to the object in the vendor's CRM/ERP;
- Comment — additional information about the customer.
- To complete the creation process, click Save.
